1. Our Service Concept & Scope

Hapkit operates as an educational curation platform and developer co-op community. We assist members in the following areas:

• Premium Curation & Learning: Researching, testing, and curating legal developer tricks, promotional codes, credits (such as startup platform benefits, API trials, or IDE extensions), and courses to facilitate free software trial periods for learning.
• Subsidized Account Distribution: Procuring legitimate bulk, business, or developer-tier licenses and accounts from major SaaS, AI, and developer tools, and sharing pre-configured logins/access directly with members at heavily discounted prices compared to retail costs.
• Live Assistance: Direct support and technical coordination provided through our integrated Telegram groups and WhatsApp channels to assist members in setting up their workspace, configurations, and developer tools.

2. Acceptable Use Guidelines

All shared credentials, resources, and configuration methods are intended for development, staging, education, and validation purposes. As a condition of your community membership, you agree that you will not:

• Re-sell, split-lease, or redistribute any shared account credentials or tools provided inside the dashboard to non-members.
• Use automated scripts, DDoS toolsets, or attempt excessive API scraping on target platforms that degrades access for other co-op members.
• Attempt to modify the passwords or security details of shared premium tools, which would lock out other authorized community developers.

3. Membership Fees, Service Scope & Tool Access Policy

To access the Hapkit community, members pay a one-time subscription fee to join our private Telegram and WhatsApp channels. It is important to understand our access structure:

• Community Membership Subscription: The fee you pay is strictly for membership access to join our Telegram and WhatsApp VIP channels and groups. You are not purchasing individual, retail-licensed software subscriptions.
• No Additional/Hidden Charges: Once your membership fee is paid, you do not need to buy or subscribe to individual AI tools again. All shared account pools, configurations, methods, and promo keys we distribute publicly inside the community channels are included at no extra cost.
• Public/Shared Resource Curation: We pool the community membership fees to purchase official bulk packages, API trials, and group licenses. The premium tools, accounts, or tricks we release inside our WhatsApp and Telegram groups are provided to members for free under this co-op structure.
• No Recurring Billing: All payments (Starter or Lifetime) are flat, one-time charges. You will never be billed automatically on a monthly basis.
• Third-Party System Changes: Since the target tools and SaaS providers are operated by third parties, we do not guarantee indefinite availability of any specific third-party tool. If a provider changes its subscription structure or cancels a promotional tier, Hapkit will endeavor to provide alternative licenses or equivalent tools, but will not be held liable for third-party service discontinuation.

4. Third-Party Trademarks & Fair Use

Hapkit is a community co-op platform. All product names, trademarks, logos, and brands (including but not limited to OpenAI, ChatGPT, Anthropic, Claude, Cursor, Midjourney, Github, etc.) are the property of their respective owners. Mentioning them on our portal is strictly for descriptive purposes (nominative fair use) to identify the specific tools we curate, and does not imply endorsement, sponsorship, or licensing by the respective trademark owners.

5. Community Support Channels

We coordinate setups and answer member questions inside our Telegram and WhatsApp groups. Users agree to maintain professional conduct. We reserve the right to ban any member who engages in harassment, spams referral links, or acts disruptively, resulting in immediate termination of dashboard access.

6. Disclaimer of Warranties & Liability

All resources are provided on an "as-is" basis. Hapkit does not warrant that third-party services will be 100% error-free or that access will be uninterrupted. Under no circumstances shall Hapkit, its coordinators, or affiliates be liable for loss of data, project delays, or any commercial damages arising from using curated methods or shared co-op credentials.
