- Email Address: Required to act as your unique user identity, verify your plan level, and deliver secure One-Time Passwords (OTPs) for logging in.
- Profile Metadata: Your name and optional contact phone number provided during community registration or support queries.
- Payment Transaction Data: Payment transaction codes and reference numbers provided by Razorpay to verify and authorize account upgrades. We do NOT collect or store credit card numbers, CVVs, or internet banking passwords.
- Community Communications: Conversations and support queries you initiate directly with our team inside our official Telegram groups or WhatsApp coordination channels.
2. How We Utilize Collected Data
We use your information strictly to maintain and enhance the service co-op:
- Verifying authorization levels and displaying the correct premium logins/configurations on your member dashboard.
- Processing one-time verification security OTP codes to authenticate passwordless logins.
- Providing customized workspace setup help via our WhatsApp channel and Telegram support groups.
- Ensuring security compliance, detecting fraudulent transactions, and preventing credential distribution abuse.
3. Privacy and Data Sharing Policy
We maintain a strict stance on user privacy. **We do not sell, trade, rent, lease, or share your email addresses or personal information with external advertising agencies or marketing brokers.**
Information is only shared under the following conditions:
- With payment processors (Razorpay) to complete secure transactions.
- If required to comply with Indian laws or a binding government warrant.
4. Data Protection & Secure Storage
All session tokens and data exchanges are secured using standard SSL/TLS encryption protocols.
We utilize encrypted browser cookies to sustain your logged-in session on our dashboard. These cookies contain secure, randomized tokens and expire automatically.
5. User Control & Data Deletion
You retain complete control over your personal information. If you wish to remove your email address and profile from our systems, you can contact our support coordinators inside the WhatsApp or Telegram channels. Upon request, your account and logs will be deleted from our active databases, terminating dashboard access.
